Lung King Heen
The three-Michelin star Cantonese restaurant, Lung King Heen, created an eight-course menu to celebrate CNY in true splendour. The menu showcases signature dishes like braised South African abalone and Australian Wagyu beef cheek. Four Seasons Hotel also offers deluxe poon chois to feed up to six people. With 15 layers, these bowls are packed with premium ingredients to bring luck and love to your family.

Man Ho
Celebrate with a feast of dim sum this CNY, available for both dine-in and takeaway from Man Ho until February 20. Auspicious specials include braised oxtail in sweet and sour sauce, Yusheng abalone and Hokkaido scallop with sea urchin. Try something new with its gourmet takeaway that comes vacuum packed, ready to be reheated and served, available till March 12.

Sexy Crab
Bring the Year of the Ox in with a crab-tastic poon choi for you and your family. Available till February 20, these layered bowls are enough to feed up to 12 people. Premium crab meat and roe, various seafood and other speciality ingredients fill the bowls to the brim. There are also other signature dishes available via Deliveroo if these topped bowls aren’t enough.

Soil to Soul
Inspired by temple food, Soil to Soul has two vegetarian poon chois to bring a healthier and lighter choice to Hong Kong. Available till February 28, try the packed dishes that showcase its signature tofu skin pockets and radish dumplings. It also comes with two sauces, a Korean soybean sauce and a sweet and spicy option to add another flavour dimension.

From January 21 onwards, dine with a loved one with a specially curated three-course set menu at 181. The CNY menu celebrates beef by using the finest meat from isolated organic regions around the world. Mains include an ox tail soup, wild Herefordshire cottage pie or cote de boeuf for two.

Chop Chop
Chop Chop puts a unique spin on a poon choi by serving it in a traditional clay pot. The pot is filled with propitious ingredients like sea cucumber, abalone and dried courgette. These steaming bowls will be a great addition to any CNY festivities and are available till February 25.

The Ritz Carlton
The Ritz Carlton has created a winter casserole with 18 top delicacies which come in sizes suitable for one, two, six or 8 people. The casserole comes with a five-head whole abalone, fish maw, king prawns and more. If you want an extra dash of luxury this CNY, you can add on An additional double-boiled sea whelk soup, egg white fried rice and lotus leaf wrapped fried rice.
