The Repulse Bay
To honour the spirit of giving, The Verandah will serve a special Teas of Hope afternoon tea menu from November 21 to December 29, where $40 from each tea is donated to St James’ Settlement. The menu features a selection of savouries and sweets, including Applewood Smoked Salmon Roulade, Alaskan Crab Tart, Mango Mousse Cake, and The Verandah’s legendary scones. On December 21 and 24, guests can enjoy a special Afternoon Tea Set with Santa on December 21 and 24.
For a uniquely Repulse Bay celebration, a special Al Fresco Caroling Afternoon Tea will be served on Sundays throughout December in The Palm Court right next to the soaring Christmas tree. Guests can enjoy this festive menu under a canopy of hundreds of glittering fairy lights, accompanied by live carolers.

The Peninsula Hong Kong
Once again this year, the first floor of The Peninsula will transform into the Grand Salisbury Station, where the custom-built Peninsula Express train carriage awaits its guests for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. With its exterior painted in signature Peninsula Green, and a finely crafted interior featuring rich wood panelling, vintage light fixtures and elegantly set dining tables, the carriage gives diners the sense of journeying through iconic destinations in China, inspired by The Peninsula Beijing and The Peninsula Shanghai.
Guests can enjoy either the “Teas of Hope” Afternoon Tea or a special Festive Afternoon Tea aboard The Peninsula Express or in The Lobby throughout December. The menu curated by The Lobby’s Chef de Cuisine Kay Ng, features a delightful selection of seasonal savoury and sweet treats, including Foie Gras with Citrus Jelly and Brioche Toast, classic Cucumber Sandwiches, Vanilla Cream with Ginger Curd and Almond Tart, Honey Mousse with Orange Marmalade, and The Peninsula’s signature Raisin Scone with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam. US$5 from each afternoon tea served will be donated to Make-A-Wish International, supporting children with critical illnesses by granting them life-changing wishes.
