Founded in 1972, Din Tai Fung is one of the worlds most well known dumpling houses and was awarded one Michelin star in Hong Kong in 2010. It is famous for its xiao long bao which are made in house everyday. Try its original soup dumplings or speciality option with black truffle and pork or steamed chicken filling.
