All aboard the Zuma Catamaran
For the first time, Zuma will host an immersive dining experience aboard its luxury yachtOn Sunday, July 2, international restaurant brand Zuma will elevate its distinctive dining experience from the esteemed restaurant to the luxury yacht “Vibe”. Guests are invited to enjoy a unique brunch experience showcasing a mindfully curated deluxe tasting menu, free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, Zuma signature cocktails and entertainment.
The planned route will take guests from Central Pier to Clear Water Bay, allowing them to fully appreciate the beauty of the city, its surrounding waters and the captivating scenery.
A distinctive tasting menu features dishes such as French Gillardeau Oyster with Yuzu Ponzu, Japanese Wagyu Tataki, Angus Beef with Soy, Garlic, Ginger and Chili, Salmon and Avocado Temaki, Tenkasu and Kizami Wasabi, Jumbo Tiger Prawn with Yuzu Pepper, Chilean Sea Bass with Green Chili Ginger Dressing, Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Sesame, Red Chili and Mango and Young Coconut Custard Chawanmushi with Passion Fruit.
The Zuma Catamaran will set sail on July 2 from 11 am-5 pm. Tables are available priced at $10,000; each table has a maximum capacity of five guests ($2,000 per guest).
