The Peninsula
The Peninsula is a Hong Kong icon, from its history and grandeur to its afternoon tea sets that people wait in line for hours for. The choice between the two TST Wooloomooloo restaurants is one to fight over, with either a harbour or sky-high view to win. Both venues have an outdoor area to slowly wind down at whilst browsing its steak menu. If a sirloin or rib-eye isn’t your fancy then opt for its seafood linguini, herb-crusted rack of lamb or various salads.

HAKU
HAKU has created a menu that focuses on delivering the Japanese spirit with global inspiration. Woodlands Indian Vegetarian
Standing as one of the first Indian vegetarian restaurants in Hong Kong, you can trust the authentic dishes and flavour at Woodlands. aqua
With its sweeping views of the city, aqua is a luxury restaurant that is sure to impress. OPPA Coffee Bar Restaurant
This Korean bistro is a favourite for its volcano cheesy fried rice that is lit aflame at your table. Get your cameras ready as you stir your choice of a kimchi, ham, chicken or seafood volcano of rice into the molten cheese. Other favourites include its fried chicken that you can get original, spicy, garlic or flavoured with honey butter.

Hue Dining
Hue Dining is a modern Australian restaurant with a menu suitable for every situation. As part of the TST Museum of Art, its plating is as beautiful as some of the art on show. Bali Town
Head up to the third floor for views of Kowloon park or the buildings of TST at Bali Town. The restaurant offers you authentic Balinese dishes like beef rendang, nasi goreng and skewers. A new take? This cha chaan teng is a local favourite for its gaifan (meat served with a fried egg on rice) and various claypot dishes. Whether you pop open the runny yolk or scrape through the crispy edges of the clay baked rice, your dining experience here is an entertaining one. Be extra careful if you order its claypot instant noodle dish, the soup is served when still bubbling for a blast of steam as you lift up its lid.
