Louise Presents: Chefs for Türkiye Charity Dinner
On February 27, Executive Chef Franckelie Laloum of one Michelin-starred LOUISE will host an exclusive charity dinner to help ongoing rescue efforts in Türkiye and Syria. Chef Franckelie will be joined by six renowned Hong Kong chefs including Chef Vicky Lau (TATE Dining Room / MORA), Chef Richard Ekkebus (Amber) and Chef Manav Tuli (CHAAT) who will collaborate to present a seven-course dinner priced at $4,888 per guest with optional wine pairing. 100% of proceeds from the evening will go towards AFAD association, a Disaster and Emergency Management Authority that coordinates with Türkiye’s response to a number of devastating earthquakes and floods, and helps survivors get their lives back on track.
A silent auction will also be hosted on the night with prizes to raise further funds.
