It’s hard to say if The Diplomat is more known for its cocktails or burger. Meaning you can have complete faith in getting a good buzz and an even better meal. Serving up a quarter pounder patty with gooey cheddar cheese in a classic sesame bun, pair the burger with fries, Nugent’s nuggets or truffled mac and cheese. Pray for its freshly baked chocolate chip cookies that are sometimes served as a surprise for its over-excited guests.
