Natura
Step into a floral fantasy with its flower installations dotted throughout this cafe. Opening just in time for spring on April 10, Natura is a beautiful mix between a coffee shop and a florist. Its international menu promotes a low-carbon footprint by advocating the flexitarian diet, local ingredients and low-emission packaging for its takeaway products. Some of the dishes on offers include a cloud egg bagel, hōjicha waffle and the Natura: signature latte with soy milk.

Statement
The botanical afternoon tea set at Statement has taken inspiration from blossoming flowers and fruits of the season. Sweet and savoury nibbles are infused with refreshing flavours and paired with a glass of Ruinart champagne. Rose lightly scents scones whilst lemon and lavender are paired in a cupcake. Finish the floral experience off with a cup of butterfly pea flower tea.

Artisan Lounge
Available through the month of April, the spring special afternoon tea set at Artisan Lounge is a whimsical experience to enjoy the season. Putting a contemporary spin on a regular tea set, cartoon-like nibbles include a marshmallow sunny side up egg and a swan puff with barbeque pork. Partnering with Bageliciouz, the set replaces scones with a mini original and cinnamon raisin bagel. Served with a honey truffle cream cheese and rose jam, the set features creative floral flavours and spring motifs.

Silencio
Famous for its sashimi and contemporary Japanese jazz ambience, Silencio lets delicate florals take over its dessert menu this spring. The sakura forest takes the German black forest cake and gives it a Japanese makeover with a cherry blossom infusion. A refreshing yuzu granita marries pear and champagne jelly with a zesty citrus foam. Sakura is also the inspiration behind the Hanami speciality served with ume, cherry blossom and smoked nori from new executive chef, Sato Kiyoshi.

Uma Nota
Uma Nota is hosting a sakura brunch on weekends until May 30. With Japanese flair and fresh seafood, transport yourself to Japan at this gastronomic getaway. Each month, diners will be kept interested and wanting more with the changing sushi dishes that are brought to the table. The sakura theme continues in its signature dessert platter with two exclusive desserts for the season, a Japanese raindrop cake and a sakura plum and matcha cheesecake.

LPM
Sourcing the freshest produce this spring, the seasonal menu at LPM is filled with lighter flavours to rejuvenate your palette. Featuring asparagus at its prime harvesting time, the stalks are served with goats cheese, chives and confit shallots for a flavourful yet elegant dish. A refreshing sweet treat showcases a rhubarb compote with a vanilla panna cotta and sharp ginger sorbet.

OKRA
This season, OKRA wants to bring the freshest produce from the sea to its diners. Hotaruika, firefly squid, is given a citrusy profile with a tart ponzu dressing and salted lime peel. Freshwater eel and a honey miso duck liver make up the Unakyu foie gras that is perfectly paired with the new sherry shochu highball.

The Commune
The east-meets-west inspired restaurant has revamped its all-day offerings this spring. Share and compare favourites between the Asian hamachi ceviche, gwei lo shrimp wonton, unagi teriyaki slider and salted caramel coconut sundae. Its lunch menu also gets a monthly update to keep up to date with the freshest produce. A completely new experience to enjoy is available with the new tea set with signature items and artisanal teas from TEACHA.

Asparagus is the star of the show this season at 181 Fortnum’s. With three limited-edition dishes featuring the vegetable at its prime harvest time of the year, try this gastronomic exploration of asparagus. Start with the smooth soup that is finished with a parcel of the citrusy yuzu for a refreshing flavour. Asparagus is grilled and served with a crispy hen’s egg for the perfect yolk pop. For a heartier dish, try the Aylesbury duck breast with chicory.
