Santa Claus Village at IFC

Santa Claus is coming to town

That’s right, it’s a jolly time of the year again! Santa and his merry squad will be popping up all over town. Here’s where to catch him throughout the festive season.

Santa Claus Village at IFC

This winter, IFC Mall brings Finland’s Official Santa Claus Village to Asia. From now until January 2, Hong Kong IFC Mall is collaborating with the world-renowned official Santa Claus Village to present Asia’s first-ever Santa Claus Village. Transporting you all the way to Rovaniemi in Lapland, the installation will recreate Finland’s Santa Claus Village’s two most popular attractions. Guests will be able to walk around this winter wonderland and explore a number of Finnish Christmas traditions ranging from Santa Claus’ Main Post Office to Santa Claus Office as well as the mall’s specially curated Mrs. Claus Bakery and Elf Workshop. Come and say hello to Father Christmas and celebrate the most magical time of the year with your family and friends at Santa Claus Village.

Pacific Place’s Christmas on Parade

From now until January 2, head to Santa Hall at Pacific Place where the Santa Squad are kick-starting the wonderful holiday season with a series of festive activities and workshops. Santa will be in residence from November 28-30 and December 2-14 and 16-25, tickets to meet him are in high demand so book early. There are also a number of festive workshops where children can learn how to make a Christmas wreath or design their own miniature speaker. Kids can also join a Santa Squad Training session ($150), designed to bring out the budding performer in them. There will also be performances from a marching band, musicians and dancers throughout the festive season. All proceeds will be donated to Operation Santa Claus.

Mrs Claus Bakery at LANDMARK

Mrs Claus and her team of 80 Christmas helpers have set up shop at LANDMARK until January 2, whipping up the most delicious cookies. Purchase a charity ticket to visit the stage with delightful scenes and photo opportunities. Keep a look-out for selfie-opportunities with visits from the real-life Mrs Claus and gingerbread man. There is also the opportunity to create your very own personal Avatar, festive WhatsApp stickers and AR ecards to share with family and friends. Proceeds from installation ticketing, merchandising and Christmas charity booths will go to support charity partners of Hongkong Land HOME FUND in initiatives to encourage the upward mobility of young people and promotion of social inclusion.

Santa’s Adventure Cruise

Entertain the little ones this Christmas with Santa’s Adventure Cruise where kids can meet Santa Claus himself and enjoy lots of festive fun at sea. Santa and his helpers will take your family on a magical 60-minute cruise filled with joyful Christmas songs. Kids can tell Father Christmas all about their wish list and pose with him for a festive photo, bite into a Christmas cookie, hunt for candy canes and enjoy a warm cup of velvety smooth hot chocolate. Watch their little faces light up when kids receive a Christmas present from Old Saint Nick himself. Tickets cost $330 for children and $250 for adults.
