The World’s Best Bar is coming to Hong Kong

Signature drinks include the Orange Blossom with Monkey 47 and jasmine, the refreshing Oriental Fizz featuring The Glenlivet and lemongrass, the aromatic Pandan One with Martell Noblige, and the zesty Olive Oil Gimlet. The Lounge at Four Seasons launches new menu with immersive tableside experiences

The Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong recently launched an exciting new Lobster & Beef menu that invites diners on a culinary journey with two exceptional ingredients at its core: Maine lobster and USDA Prime beef. Executive Chef Maxime Luvara has curated a menu that blends global flavours, from the elegance of French cuisine to the bold spices of Indian fare. Highlights include a Lobster Salad with avocado, watermelon, and mango ginger vinaigrette ($368), Lobster Chettinad with Malabar paratha ($498), and a Hand Cut Beef Tenderloin Tartare prepared tableside ($345). This month, Kinsman, the innovative Cantonese cocktail salon founded by Gavin Yeung and Singular Concepts, launches its second menu, A Tale of Hongkongers. The Rescued Feast: CHOMP turns three 

CHOMP, a Hong Kong-based food-saving app will celebrate turning three at Soho House Hong Kong November 13 and you’re invited to join in. Taking place in the Pool Room on the 30th Floor at 7pm, this innovative evening will feature award-winning Chef May Chow of Little Bao, who joins Executive Chef Chris Czerwinski for the second time to craft a unique menu using surplus ingredients and food scraps, highlighting the importance of sustainability in combating food waste. With only a few days’ notice of available ingredients, the chefs will curate an exciting dining experience for 250 guests. Notable food brands like Dough Bro’s, Bon-Eat-O, and TreeHouse will contribute, echoing CHOMP’s mission to minimise food waste, which has already saved nearly 100,000 kg of food since its launch. Samsen opens third location in Central

Samsen has opened its third location, Samsen Central, in the heart of Hong Kong, following the success of its Wan Chai and Sheung Wan outlets. Co-founders Bella Kong and Adam Cliff aim to bring a taste of Bangkok’s vibrant street food scene to the city with dishes like the Samsen Wagyu beef boat noodle soup and Khao soi curried chicken noodles. Nocino’s new Kwun Tong branch opens on November 1, offering Swiss-Italian cuisine in a cosy grotto setting.
