Chef Manav Tuli has introduced an enticing selection of weekend-only speciality dishes and drinks packages at his popular Indian restaurant LEELA.
Weekend diners can enjoy exclusive new dishes such as Tandoori Chicken Leg Musallam ($388), stuffed with aged basmati rice, chicken meat, and sausage; Southern Indian Chettinadu Prawns Dosa ($228); and Roast Beef Asado ($428), a popular everyday Goan delicacy made from bone-in beef shank.
Diners can choose from unlimited drinks packages such as free-flow Prosecco ($480), free-flow Champagne Bollinger ($680), and free-flow Ruinart Blanc de Blancs ($980). Each package includes a variety of house red and white wines, Young Master Pilsner, Pale Ale, and Aperol Spritz.
LEELA is open for weekend lunch from 12-3pm.

London’s Dean Street Townhouse takes over Soho House
London’s Dean Street Townhouse takes over the 28th floor of Soho House Hong Kong for a three-month pop-up restaurant.
Serving an all-day menu, choose from traditional dishes such as Sunday Roast, as well as afternoon tea and a Martini trolley, with classics like the Vesper Martini and Dirty Martini made tableside.
Tuck into starters such as Beetroot Tartare with aged balsamic or vegetarian small bites like Hash Browns with Westcombe cheddar. Mains include dishes like Herb-Fed Chicken on potato puree with chicken butter sauce, and for dessert there are sweet treats like Banana Bread and Raspberry Chocolate Tart.
Available to members and their guests, the Dean Street Townhouse pop-up is open daily from now until June 30.

The Artisans of Gastronomy Dinner
To celebrate Tin Lung Heen and Tosca di Angelo’s victorious win in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2024, earning the two MICHELIN-star titles for 12 consecutive years and one MICHELIN star for 11 years, respectively, Director of Culinary of Tin Lung Heen, Chef Paul Lau, and Director of Tosca di Angelo, Chef Angelo Aglianó will collaborate for the first time in the hotel’s history to host a four-hands dinner.
The Artisans of Gastronomy will showcase Chef Lau’s and Chef Angelo’s passion for refined ingredients, their coastal upbringing in Guangzhou and Sicily, and their shared values of prioritising family.
The collaborative menu simultaneously presents intricate yet balanced dishes from Tosca di Angelo and Tin Lung Heen. Highlights from Chef Angelo include Mazara Red Prawn with Fennel Foam, which is balanced with Chef Lau’s succulent Braised Fish Maw with Goose Sauce. While Chef Angelo prepares an appetiser of Hokkaido Scallops with Mango and Kristal Kaviari, Chef Lau introduces three hot appetisers: Crispy Turnip Puff with Crab Meat, Barbecue Pork and Chicken Liver with Honey.
Mains include Chef Angelo’s signature Busiate Trapanesi with Langoustine and Trumpet Zucchini and Turbot Fillet with Marinara Broth, Olive, Capers, and Oregano. These dishes are complemented by Chef Lau’s double-boiled assorted Air-Dried Seafood and a tender Braised Beef Chuck Tail with Tomato Purée.
For desserts, Chef Angelo serves Modica Chocolate Crunch and Mousse with Mascarpone, Rhubarb, and Pomegranate Sorbet, while Chef Lau presents traditional Hong Kong street snacks: Glutinous Rice with Red Bean Paste and Baked Pastry with Lotus Paste.
The Artisans of Gastronomy Dinner is available for one night only on April 19 and is priced at $3,980 per person, including premium wine and beverage pairing, and $2,980 per person, including non-alcoholic beverage pairing.

Louise and Racines unite to celebrate MICHELIN stars
On April 17, one MICHELIN-starred Louise will join hands with Racines, newly crowned with their first MICHELIN star, to present a six-hand dinner menu. Louise’s executive Chef, Franckelie Laloum, and Racines’ co-founders and executive chefs, Romain Dupeyre and Adrien Castillo, pay homage to their culinary heritage with unique interpretations of classic French dishes. Louise is based on the concept of nostalgia and the familial love that co-founder chef Julien Royer experienced while growing up in central France. Meanwhile, Racines reimagines regional French recipes from Chef Dupeyre and Chef Castillo’s childhood memories in southern France, taking pride in their restaurant’s casual fine dining concept.
“We’ve always admired Chef Franckelie’s culinary approach at Louise, and we’re grateful to have this one-night collaboration to merge our passions for French food and create something extraordinary for our guests to experience,” Chef Castillo said.
The five-course collaboration menu will be available for dinner at Louise on April 17, priced at $1,888 per person, with wine pairing for an additional $988. Reservations can be made here.

Duddell’s movie nights
Duddell’s will transform its fourth-floor salon into a cosy movie paradise on select nights over the coming months, with guests treated to timeless movie classics and Cantonese fare. Kicking off the series on April 10, Duddell’s will screen Mamma Mia! alongside a specially curated Movie Night menu, priced at $348 per person. The menu includes two drinks and three food items per person, including crispy bean curd with spiced salt, diced crispy chicken with chilli, and fried multi-grain rice with vegetables. Drink options include classic cocktails such as Duddell’s Popcorn Old Fashioned and Lillet Spritz and wines and spirits.

JUNO serves Mediterranean-inspired brunch
Named after the Roman Goddess of Love, JUNO recently opened in the laid-back neighbourhood of Sheung Wan, serving classic Italian Mediterranean fare.
Head there this month to try the restaurant’s new Springtime Weekend Brunch menu, which includes two appetisers, a main and a dessert for just $308. Choose from dishes like Caviar d’Aubergine, truffled Angus beef cheek, Italian carnaroli rice with creamy mascarpone, Amalfi lemons, and tiramisu for dessert. For an additional $198 per person, you can add free-flow drinks, including Maset Brut Nature Cava, handpicked wines, Negronis, and beer.
JUNO’s Chef Vallés Claverol (previously of Pirata Group) has also recently launched a seven-course family-style tasting menu priced at $538 per person. Dishes include Ibérico Ham, aged 48 months, burrata Pugliese, fiery deep-fried Padrón peppers, truffled Angus beef cheek risotto, seafood fideos and Tarte Tatin.
Brunch is served at weekends and public holidays, while the tasting menu is available throughout the day.

Head back to the ’80s at CHINESOLOGY
CHINESOLOGY has recently introduced a nostalgic ‘Back to the 80s’ dim sum brunch experience, served at weekends and public holidays. Brunch includes unlimited servings of savoury dim sum, such as Chef Saito Chau’s childhood favourite, siu mai quail egg, with a healthier twist of lean minced chicken and siu mai, first introduced during the Yuan Dynasty. It is followed by unlimited desserts like Chef Chau’s classic egg tart with Australian full-cream milk and homemade cookie dough.
Brunch costs $588 for adults and $488 for children, with free-flow drinks including Saint Louis Blanc de Blancs Brut, Le Bosq Rouge or Blanc from Languedoc-Roussillon, CHINESOLOGY lemonade with lemongrass, lychee and sparkling water and unlimited herbal tea for an additional $228.

Conrad launches innovative champagne concept
Pacific Bar at Conrad Hong Kong has launched a new champagne concept with 15 premium champagnes now available by the glass. Sip on classics such as Billecart-Salmon-Sous Bois and others from boutique producers, such as Vincent Bliard (Hautvillers), made entirely in-house in small batches. The champagne experience is entirely customisable, with guests invited to select their preferred glass, from classic flutes to grand blanc and tulip options.
Champagne is priced from $140 per glass and served alongside snacks such as 24-month Iberico ham. From Thursday to Saturday evening, kick back champagne-in-hand to the tune of live saxophone performances.

Mid-week menus at WHISK
French-Japanese restaurant WHISK at The Mira Hong Kong has introduced two weeknight menus. On Wednesdays, the four-course Wednesday Wagyu & Wine menu ($1,188 for two) includes a choice of dishes like tender Wagyu short rib and hand-cut tartare from a luxuriant Parisian butcher who rears his own Wagyu stock paired with a full-bodied red wine from an old-world sommelier’s selection.
Meanwhile, WHISK’s OmaSake Dinner, which is held every Tuesday and Thursday, features a four-course menu accompanied by a bottle of umami-rich, cloudy sake aged under the snow and served hot. Dishes include French bouchot mussels and Hojicha hot soufflé tart with smoked ice cream. The OmaSake Dinner menu costs $594 per person, including a bottle of sake to share.
