2022 Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens

The 2022 Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens kicks off this Friday. Fifteen of the world’s top rugby sevens nations will battle it out with the hosts for one of world rugby’s most coveted crowns, the Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens Cup at the Hong Kong Stadium. The Woods pops up at Asaya

Asaya at Rosewood Hong Kong has teamed up with HULA to present “The Woods,” an interactive, sustainable pop-up boutique offering pre-owned designer apparel and accessories. Customisation workshops and experiences will take place throughout the month in collaboration with some of Hong Kong’s most exciting art and fashion curators.

Italia Mia 2022

The Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute in Hong Kong and Macao presents the fourth edition of this annual initiative to promote Italian culture, language, art and lifestyle. Tea X Shochu Masterclass 

Tell Camilla will be hosting a masterclass with The Aubrey for those curious about the world of tea and Japanese shochu. More than 160 high calibre players between the ages of 45 and 75 will compete in the Country Club ITF World Tennis Masters Tour 2022.  Enrolment and schedule information is available on the Hong Kong Veterans Tennis Association website while public tickets are available from Ticketflap at $20 per person. Daily post-match ‘happy hours’ provide a unique opportunity for players, tournament patrons and fans to interact off court.

Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now

M+, Asia’s global museum of contemporary visual culture will host its first special exhibition, Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now, scheduled to open on the museum’s first anniversary. The exhibition will be the largest retrospective of Yayoi Kusama in Asia outside Japan, comprising more than 200 works. Admission to M+, including access to the exhibition, are priced at $240 for adults andK$150 for concessions,

Sai Kung-based Italian artist Roberta Boffo

Sai Kung artist hosts final exhibition

After four years in Hong Kong, Sai Kung-based Italian artist Roberta Boffo will host her final exhibition before relocating back to her home country. Aethereus: A Language Beyond Its Time will run daily until November 13, head to her studio to check out some new art pieces just before the holiday season.

This three-day mega exhibition event, hosted at AsiaWorld-Expo, marks the beginning of a new era in sports, with the mission to reignite the buzz in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Fitness and Wellness Expo will be showcasing brands, products, and services to help Hongkongers embrace a healthier, fitter and more balanced lifestyle. Olympian City is set to transform into a winter wonderland with the opening of a massive 2000 square foot eco-friendly ice rink. The theme of this year’s Lee Gardens Skateboard Fest will be focused on tricks and techniques. There will be a series of street skateboarding competitions, skateboarding and street culture performances, and hands-on workshops open to all. Attendees aged 6-40 years old can register for a 30-minute skate class. Online pre-registration is required.

Gingerbread for Good Campaign

The Gingerbread for Good campaign returns to LANDMARK for the festive season. This year, gingerbread cookies designed by 23 celebrity chefs, including the likes of Richard Ekkebus and Uwe Opocensky, will be on sale. Each chef has created their own take on Mrs Claus cookies. The pop-up aims to raise $600,000 for Cookie Smiles’ two beneficiaries, Box of Hope and Vocational Training Council’s Shine Skills Centre.
