Sweet selections from Assistant Executive Pastry Chef Wilson Lai feature Chestnut Cream with Pear Compote and the renowned Raisin Scones served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Priced at $820 per person, this exclusive experience also includes a selection of signature Peninsula teas and premium beverages.

From October 24 to November 30, The Lobby Lounge will host an exclusive afternoon tea experience featuring creations by Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau from La Maison du Chocolat. This marks Cloiseau’s first visit to Hong Kong in a decade, allowing guests to indulge in a luxurious tea experience with stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is offering a limited-time afternoon tea in collaboration with luxury brand SAUVEREIGN until November 30. Inspired by SAUVEREIGN’s KLY64 Gem collection, the experience features an array of savoury and sweet treats curated by Executive Chef Maxime Luvara and Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan.
