Showcasing locally grown calamansi fruit, Two Moons Distillery has debuted a calamansi gin just in time for the heat. The sweet yet tart gin is available by the bottle or in various bars across Hong Kong for the summer. A Two Moons pop-up is at The Pawn where guests can try its crescent moon collins that pairs mint and lime with the citrus gin.

Partnering with ecoSpirits, its remade the classic long island with four of its liquors. Its pretty and pink cocktail shouldn’t be overlooked as it masks an applewood coral gin with pear eau de vie, soda and cucumber.
