181 Fortnum & Mason

There’s nothing quite like afternoon tea at Fortnum’s, and 181 offers a true taste of this most famous pastime. Inspired by Fortnum’s Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon in London’s Piccadilly, famously opened by Her Majesty The Queen in 2012, Fortnum’s luxurious menu includes exceptional rare teas, moreish scones, and flavoursome finger sandwiches.

Tired and tested by our team many times, Fortnum’s Afternoon Tea begins with a bottom plate consisting of seasonal finger sandwiches such as smoked salmon, Coronation chicken, cucumber and egg cress (refilled as often as you wish). Plain and fruit scones are served with clotted cream and a Fortnum & Mason selection of preserves and curd, and guests can choose from a selection of cakes and pâtisseries, all Served with a Pot of Fortnum’s tea or a glass of champagne.
