The Green Room Countdown Party

See in the New Year at Salisterra on Level 49 of The Upper House against the stunning backdrop of Victoria Harbour. Executive Chef Cary Docherty has created sumptuous four-course ($1,588 per person) and six-course ($2,488 per person) menus featuring delicacies such as lobster consommé and Wagyu beef fillet to celebrate the occasion. After dinner, dance your way into 2023 in Salisterra’s Green Room with signature beats from DJ Guido leading a sound journey all the way from 80s vocal synth to dark disco. The Green Room Countdown Party runs from 9pm until 1am with tickets costing $1,288 per person, which includes free-flowing nibbles, champagne and wines.

Zuma’s Masquerade-themed New Year’s Eve Party

Zuma promises a spectacular evening of opulence at its elegant masquerade themed-countdown party. Glamorous decorations, exceptional music and exciting entertainment from DJs and performers make Zuma the perfect place to be when the clock strikes midnight. Guests can enjoy Yashoku Night Brunch from 8-10pm ($1,880 per person), New Year’s Eve Dinner from 8.45pm ($1,680 per person) and Zuma’s New Year’s Eve Party from 9.30pm ($1,080 per person). The White Carnival Countdown Party

Pirata Group’s The Sixteenth is set to host a large-scale al fresco New Year’s Eve party on their rooftop. The White Carnival Countdown Party will include surprises, live international DJs, free-flow drinks, canapes and champagne. White signifies a clean slate – letting go of the past to make way for what is yet to come. The party kicks off at 10pm and runs until 2am with tickets costing $880 per person until December 30 and $980 on the night. Guests with a guaranteed dinner reservation from 8pm onwards at La Favorita, Honjokkoor and TMK Funk & Rolls can access the The White Carnival after party for a discounted rate of $680 per person. New Year’s Eve Party at MO BAR

For party lovers, join the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party from 10pm-2am at MO Bar with live DJ tunes, and savour MO Bar’s compelling a la carte dishes with complimentary free-flow bites throughout the night. Celebrate 2023 in style at aqua’s Welcome to the Future New Year’s Eve Party featuring out of this world performances and DJs till late. Join the party on the rooftop overlooking Victoria Harbour and the skyline for the countdown. Sail into 2023 on the Aqua Luna

Sail into 2023 aboard the Aqua Luna with breathtaking views of the Hong Kong skyline. The New Year’s Eve Countdown Cruise costs $1,288 for adults and $788 for children (aged 4-11) and includes canapes from award-winning restaurants; Aqua and Hutong as well as two drinks. The Aqua Luna will depart from North Point Pier at 10.30pm and sail until 12.30 am.

The Lobster Bar and Grill invites guests to ring in the new year to the sound of a live band at its ‘Magical Theatre’ New Year’s Eve Countdown Party. The party kicks off at 10pm; tickets cost $600 per person or $1,588 including three hours of free-flow champagne, house red and white wines. Before the party starts, enjoy a six-course New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner priced at $3,588 per person at Michelin-starred Restaurant Petrus. Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky has created a special menu with highlights including scallop tartare, shallot tatin with black truffle sauce, lobster ravioli, beef calotte, and Japanese mandarin mont blanc.\

Dinner & Dance at The Fullerton

Say goodbye to 2022 with a festive semi-buffet at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel. Dinner on new year’s eve is priced from $898 for adults and $450 for children and includes appetisers, pastas, risottos, a live grill featuring seafood, slow-cooked BBQ pork rib, Wagyu and corn fed chicken and a dessert platter. Two hours of free-flow champagne and wine costs an additional $598 and admission to the countdown party which kicks off at 10pm costs from $500 including one glass of champagne and canapes.

Ozone’s Countdown Party

The final holiday of the year deserves elements of extreme. Let Ozone, the highest bar in Hong Kong, take your festive spirit to greater altitudes with a New Year’s Eve dinner buffet, before popping open the champagne for Ozone’s Countdown Party on the terrace from $598 per guest with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne.

New Year’s Eve at The Hari

Head into 2023 at The Hari Hong Kong. Lucciola’s Chef de Cuisine, Francesco Gava serves up a sumptuous semi-buffet brunch on January 1 and a semi-buffet dinner on December 31. The feast begins with an aperitivo at the bar, followed by an array of sharing starters, choice of mains and a buffet of indulgent desserts (from $1,088 for adults and $588 for children). The hotel’s Japanese restaurant, Zoku, will also host two dinner sittings (from $1,288 per person). An exciting themed countdown party will be thrown at The Lounge from 10pm with piano prodigy, Arthur Altamirano, and artist, Kara Bellebelting out classical, jazz, swing and blues tunes to usher in the new year.

BEDU’s NYE Tasting Menu

Ring in 2023 at popular neighbourhood restaurant BEDU on Gough Street. The New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu, priced at $680 per person, includes appetisers such as Fine De Clair oysters, homemade flatbread and pickles, and honey baked feta, a feast of blackened salmon and truffled chicken and refreshing grapefruit sorbet or rich spiced bedouin cake for dessert.

Aria’s New Year’s Eve Menu

At popular Central restaurant Aria, Chef Angelo Vecchio pays homage to his family in Italy with dishes inspired by what they ate at home on New Year’s Eve. The five-course menu includes specialities such as Ostrica di Benvenuto Gillardeau: umami-packed oyster, mussels with coriander oil and caviar, artisanal pork sausages and Castelluccio lentils (symbolising money during the countdown in Italy) and umami-filled fettuccine with red prawns. Aria’s New Year’s Eve Menu is priced at $1,288 per person.
