Executive Chef Cary Docherty has created sumptuous four-course ($1,588 per person) and six-course ($2,488 per person) menus featuring delicacies such as lobster consommé and Wagyu beef fillet to celebrate the occasion. After dinner, dance your way into 2023 in Salisterra’s Green Room with signature beats from DJ Guido leading a sound journey all the way from 80s vocal synth to dark disco. The Green Room Countdown Party runs from 9pm until 1am with tickets costing $1,288 per person, which includes free-flowing nibbles, champagne and wines.

Zuma’s Masquerade-themed New Year’s Eve Party
Zuma promises a spectacular evening of opulence at its elegant masquerade themed-countdown party. Glamorous decorations, exceptional music and exciting entertainment from DJs and performers make Zuma the perfect place to be when the clock strikes midnight. The White Carnival Countdown Party
Pirata Group’s The Sixteenth is set to host a large-scale al fresco New Year’s Eve party on their rooftop. The White Carnival Countdown Party will include surprises, live international DJs, free-flow drinks, canapes and champagne. White signifies a clean slate – letting go of the past to make way for what is yet to come. The party kicks off at 10pm and runs until 2am with tickets costing $880 per person until December 30 and $980 on the night. Guests with a guaranteed dinner reservation from 8pm onwards at La Favorita, Honjokkoor and TMK Funk & Rolls can access the The White Carnival after party for a discounted rate of $680 per person. For party lovers, join the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party from 10pm-2am at MO Bar with live DJ tunes, and savour MO Bar’s compelling a la carte dishes with complimentary free-flow bites throughout the night. Aria’s New Year’s Eve Menu
At popular Central restaurant Aria, Chef Angelo Vecchio pays homage to his family in Italy with dishes inspired by what they ate at home on New Year’s Eve. The five-course menu includes specialities such as Ostrica di Benvenuto Gillardeau: umami-packed oyster, mussels with coriander oil and caviar, artisanal pork sausages and Castelluccio lentils (symbolising money during the countdown in Italy) and umami-filled fettuccine with red prawns.
