Fancy a New Years dinner with a lot of flavour? Smoke & Barrel is sure to give you that. With four starters to share between your table and your choice of mains, there is something for everyone’s palette. However, their focus on authentic barbecue means that traditions like short rib and suckling pig are sure crowd favourites. To finish off, two desserts are again shared between you, all for just $588 per person.

With two options for their dinners (starting from $1,580), choose between their New Year’s Eve menu or their special truffle menu. For truffle lovers, there will be three grams of Alba white truffle for each dish. Both options are available with a wine pairing to accompany the fine dining dishes that will be served.

Zuma
Head to Zuma for its New Year’s Eve Premium Tasting Menu ($1,980) which is available for one-night only. The menu uses seasonal and artisanal ingredients to create a night of true splendour. You will feast upon caviar, scallops and wagyu sirloin before being presented with a dessert platter created by their head pastry chef, Eddy Lee. The desserts range from a raspberry cheesecake to a chocolate, caramel and almond praline and even a strawberry and Tahitian vanilla chawanmushi for an innovate and creative platter. The Japanese restaurant will also be offering a Yashoku Night Brunch, New Year’s Eve edition on December 31, which includes free-flow food, champagne and beer.
