For dinner

Ami

Ami presents a unique “fine bistronomie” experience that celebrates elevated yet approachable Parisian cuisine. The word “bistronomie” is an etymological blend of “bistro” and “gastronomy”, echoing “French casual fine dining” as a meeting point between refined culinary excellence and a friendlier atmosphere for celebrations.

Nothing says chic quite like the French, and at Ami, the Mother’s Day menu is executed to perfection by Executive Chef Nicolas Boutin using ingredients hailing from France. Chef Nicolas ingeniously adds bright-coloured elements to various dishes, such as the welcoming yellowish-orange appetiser crafted with lobster and smoked pike roe, roasted pigeon with a crimson red beetroot mousseline, and a coral pink rose-shaped dessert crafted with strawberry Chantilly cream, rhubarb confit and a honey ice cream, guarantee mum’s tastes and a sight to behold. Every occasion is made better with mesmerizing views of the Hong Kong cityscape from the open-air garden, especially on the day when you express love to mum, and do not forget to complete the gastronomic experience with cocktails crafted by the professional team from its “Wood Ear” bar.
