The Mandarin Spa welcomes world-renowned face reader Eric Standop
Continuing Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s 60th-anniversary celebrations, award-winning Mandarin Spa will host a roster of visiting wellness and healing practitioners.
From May 20-30, visiting consultant Eric Standop, Founder of Face Reading Academy, Master of face reading, and facial diagnostic expert, will take up residency at the spa.
Face reading is an ancient science that dates back thousands of years and was used in many cultures to determine a person’s personality and diagnose illness. Trained under one of the last masters of face reading, studied micro expressions and the Chinese version of face reading (mien shiang) as well as the Greek and Roman techniques of physiognomy, Eric has over 15 years of experience in facial diagnosis as well as being a highly-experienced nutritionist.
During his visiting consultancy, Eric will offer one-on-one face-reading consultations under various themes to identify individual needs and help guests achieve a balanced life.
Private sessions for one hour and one theme are priced at $2,500. In addition, Eric will also offer a private face reading masterclass for those who would like to learn the new language of face reading; the more you recognise the features of the face, the more fluent you can speak the new and underrated language of humanity. The masterclass is priced at $3,800 for a two-hour session.
Finally, Eric will also host a group introduction to face reading masterclass on May 22 at 7 pm; the introduction course will cost $980 per person.
