Kellett School joins the COBIS global network
COBIS operates in more than 75 countries worldwideBritish international school Kellett School has been awarded membership to the Council of British International Schools.
COBIS, which represents some 250 British schools around the world, counts over 30,000 teachers in its membership. By joining the network, Kellett will get access to world-class quality assurance, professional development and the ability to network with colleagues in more than 75 countries worldwide.
Students can also participate in a wide range of COBIS competitions, awards and activities and forge global friendships across the network.
“Kellett has long had strong relationships with our peer British Schools around Asia and through COBIS we look forward to building equally strong links with the excellent COBIS schools around the world,” said Principal and CEO Mark Steed.
Steed said the compliance and accreditation process focused on five areas: safeguarding and safer recruitment, Student welfare, facilities, governance and ethos and values.
