This holiday season, Zuma is once again injecting the festive spirit into their exclusive dining experiences making it the perfect destination for celebrations with family and friends.

Festive Daikoku Tasting Menu

Available from December 24 until January 2, their Festive Daikoku Tasting Menu comes in at $1,280 per person, featuring a scrumptious range of à la carte and signature dishes to share. 

The specially crafted menu kicks off with appetizers including miso soup, japanese wagyu tataki with black truffle, seared toro nigiri with wafu sauce and caviar, as well as thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe. There’s also a premium sushi and sashimi selection for the table with the option to add kristal caviar.

Mains options include red prawn, sea bass and pumpkin tempura with ginger and mitsuba tentsuyu, miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf, spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and sweet soy.

The menu also offers a Japanese holiday festival-inspired cocktail – Omatsuri Fizz ($140) concocted by Lorenzo Coppola, Zuma Hong Kong Bar Manager, who took inspiration to create this festive blend using classic wintery ingredients such as cinnamon, chocolate and rum, incorporating a unique twist with Japanese yuzu. 

Festive edition weekend brunch

The festive edition weekend brunch (from $988 per person) will take place on December 25 and 26, offering scrumptious Japanese delicacies such as Shogayaki Chicken with Dried Apricot, Pine Nuts and Raisins, Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Sesame, Red Chili and Sweet Soy and Chilean Sea Bass with Green Chili Ginger Dressing. To round off the meal in style, Zuma is serving up a delightful dessert platter featuring a molten chocolate cake and gingerbread pudding with toffee sauce.

Yashoku Night Brunch

On December 24 and 25, Zuma is offering its legendary Yashoku Night Brunch ($1,080 per person) in the 6/F Lounge and Bar. Guests can expect to have their taste buds tantalized with Zuma’s signature dishes, free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, sake and beers in an elegant setting brimming with holiday spirit.

New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu

For those who want their last meal of 2021 to be spectacular, they can tuck into the exclusive New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu ($1,680 per person). Highlights include Kristal Zuma Caviar, Japanese Wagyu Tataki with White Truffle, Grilled Gillardeau Oyster with Ponzu and Shallots and Crispy Mazara Red Prawn in Kataifi with Chili Sour Dashi.
