Ozone is bringing back their popular champagne brunch just in time for Father’s Day, offering a luxurious experience at the world’s highest rooftop bar with Dom Perignon or Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne and a semi-buffet spread. Highland Park x Hong Kong Cuisine 1983
Renowned distillery Highland Park, known for its exceptional single malt Scotch whiskies, has partnered with acclaimed Chef Silas Li from Hong Kong Cuisine 1983 for an exciting collaboration in honour of Father’s Day and to celebrate the launch of Highland Park’s Vintage 1990 Release.
From June 16 to 30, Chef Silas Li will serve an eight-course menu at Hong Kong Cuisine 1983, themed “Different by Nature,” showcasing the natural creativity and distinctive character of Highland Park and Chef Silas Li. Each dish is thoughtfully infused and paired with Highland Park whiskies aged 12 to 30 years. The eight-course menu with pairing is priced at $3,000 per person (limited to only 20 sets during the two weeks so pre-booking is must). There is also the option to add on a limited edition tasting portion of the Highland Park Vintage 1990.
