This Easter, Aqua is offering unlimited Italian and Japanese starters including sushi, sashimi, maki and oysters. Guests can choose a main course and end with Aqua’s dessert platter. Early brunch, from 11am-1pm, is priced at $688 and non-stop brunch is from 1pm-4.30pm and priced at $788 per person. Add on 3.5 hours of free-flow for the longest brunch in town – with champagne, sake, wine, cocktails and beer. After brunch, every Saturday, head to Aqua’s outdoor terrace for The Ritual to party with drinks and pumping DJ beats from 4pm until late.

Easter Sunday Brunch at Ozone
Ozone, the highest rooftop bar in the world, incorporates tempting Japanese and Korean flavors into its sky-high Ultimate Sunday Brunch for Easter. The brunch begins with an appetizing array dishes, including 30 months Iberico Ham, smoked salmon and cheese platters. Guests are invited to try Ozone’s signature fresh sashimis, cold dishes, and soups. Lucciola’s brunch is back for one day on April 9. Kick off the feast with a selection of antipasti, cold cuts and cheeses from the bar table before being served a welcome starter of Torta Pasqualina, a traditional Italian Easter pie. The table will then be filled with sharing dishes such as Crudo di Mare (Oyster Fine de Claire, Alaskan King Crab Leg and Scampi) and Il Vitello Tonnato (Veal Tenderloin with Tuna Sauce).
