Aqua

This Easter, Aqua is offering unlimited Italian and Japanese starters including sushi, sashimi, maki and oysters. Guests can choose a main course and end with Aqua’s dessert platter. Early brunch, from 11am-1pm, is priced at $688 and non-stop brunch is from 1pm-4.30pm and priced at $788 per person. Add on 3.5 hours of free-flow for the longest brunch in town – with champagne, sake, wine, cocktails and beer. After brunch, every Saturday, head to Aqua’s outdoor terrace for The Ritual to party with drinks and pumping DJ beats from 4pm until late.

Easter Sunday Brunch at Ozone

Ozone, the highest rooftop bar in the world, incorporates tempting Japanese and Korean flavors into its sky-high Ultimate Sunday Brunch for Easter. The brunch begins with an appetizing array dishes, including 30 months Iberico Ham, smoked salmon and cheese platters. Guests are invited to try Ozone’s signature fresh sashimis, cold dishes, and soups. The Japanese and Korean influence extends to the main courses with special highlights including Ozone Signature Wagyu Beef Cheese Burger with Kimchi Slaw and Fries. A made-to-order dessert live station with waffles and pancakes and Easter entertainment will also be available. Bubbly MOments at Amber

Over the long Easter weekend, Chef Richard Ekkebus will present a luxurious four-course Amber Premium Unlimited Lunch Experience. The menu features dishes such as signature Aka Uni, Cauliflower, Lobster, Daurenki Schrencki Caviar, Milk-Fed Lamb Saddle, Green Asparagus, Morel, Arugula, Spring Garlic, Koji & Grilled Rapeseed Oil. Double the indulgence with the 120-minutes of free-flowing Champagne, wines, also the exclusive Amber’s Dark Toast Wild Ale from the latest collaboration with Young Master. The lunch experience is available from April 7-10, priced at $1,588 per person.

SOMMkind of Easter Brunch

The French neo-bistro-themed restaurant and bar, SOMM, presents SOMMkind of Brunch over the Easter weekend. Handcrafted with seasonal finest ingredients, the tempting extravaganza serves 90-minute free-flow on drinks, along with sharing starters, a choice of main course and dessert. Highlights include Smoked Tasmanian Salmon Rillette, Roasted Ping Yuen Chicken, Binchotan Grilled Snake River Wagyu with Overnight Roasted Celeriac and the signature Abinao Chocolate Soufflé with Cacao Sorbet. Lucciola Restaurant & Bar at The Hari

Lucciola’s brunch is back for one day on April 9. Kick off the feast with a selection of antipasti, cold cuts and cheeses from the bar table before being served a welcome starter of Torta Pasqualina, a traditional Italian Easter pie. The table will then be filled with sharing dishes such as Crudo di Mare (Oyster Fine de Claire, Alaskan King Crab Leg and Scampi) and Il Vitello Tonnato (Veal Tenderloin with Tuna Sauce). For mains, choose from dishes such as Spaghetti alla Chitarra (Handmade Spaghetti with Lobster Tail) and Tagliata di Manzo Americano (U.S. Hanger Steak). Finally, choose from a selection of delectable desserts from the trolley, including an Italian Easter cake. This decadent brunch is priced at $688, including coffee and tea.

This one is great for families! MO Bar is introducing the Gardener’s Spring Brunch which offers a selection of sharing appetisers, such as Lobster Terrine and Grass-fed Beef Tartare, seasonal mains highlighting Half ‘Brick’ Lemon Chicken and the sustainability-sourced Sea Bream as well as desserts to share. Easter weekend brunch will be served from April 7-10 and priced from $678 per adult which includes 90-minutes free-flow Moët & Chandon Champagne, seasonal cocktails, juices and soft drinks. Free Flow Maki Brunch

Craving a lively brunch vibe over the holidays? Head to one of TMK’s three locations for their new Easter brunch menu. Served from April 7-10, the menu includes four sharing starters, two temakis, and a variety of Easter free-flow Maki, followed by signature dishes like Kimchi Pancake and Tuna Hotdog, and a choice of desserts such as Easter Monaka or Caramel Fried Banana. TMK Easter Brunch is priced at  $248 per person with an additional $150 for 90-minutes of free flow beer and sake.
