Preface Coding – 5-Day Coding Boot Camp
As an award winning coding education platform, Preface reshapes both teaching and learning experience by providing personalised coding classes. They are now offering a 5-day coding boot camp for students aged 3 to 18 from March 7 to April 17, participants will learn coding, blockchain and NFTs and build their own apps, games, animation and website. The boot camp is priced at HK$3,980 per person, classes can be taken online or in-person.
Aerosim – Future Leaders Aviation Programme
Tailored for students aged from 7 – 12 years old, the Future Leaders Aviation Programme aims to equip students with basic aviation knowledge ranging from aerodynamics, engine structure, hydraulic system and electrical circuits through building sophisticated aviation-related STEM models which are the essential steps for youngsters to realise their dream as future pilots. All lessons are instructed by professional commercial pilots to ensure students learn from the best masters in a fun and enjoyable way. The course fee is priced at HK$4,800 bundled with abundant additional learning resources, including one hour group flight simulation workshop, one pilot logbook and one month of free access to the curriculum and games of Aero Gamifies app.
Home with HKA
Hong Kong Academy is launching a new initiative, @HOMEwithHKA, to the wider Hong Kong community. This free-of-charge programme provides families with a range of child-friendly activities and resources to stimulate curiosity and engagement. The school has assembled a collection of teacher-curated activity playlists, which include ideas for art activities, science projects and movement breaks appropriate for children ages 2 and above. In addition, children are invited to join daily live online sessions led by HKA teachers and Secondary School students that will take place from March 18 to April 8 starting at 2:00pm each day. Faust International Youth Theatre
Faust International Youth Theatre is offering a variety of week long online courses for students aged 4 to 17 throughout March and April, covering drama, storytelling, creative writing, arts, as well as interview and communication skills. These workshops are designed to keep your children active with a fun boost of creativity and confidence at home. The course fee is $1,480 for 1-hour workshops and $1,980 for 1.5-hour workshops.
ESF Language & Learning
ESF is offering an exciting spring online camp from March 14 to April 22 for children aged 2.5 to 16. Students will be immersed in an engaging online environment where they will build confidence in communicating in English through different language, arts or STEM activities and can learn valuable skills including coding, 3D game design, debating, Japanese, dancing and drama through their brand new courses, designed specifically for online learning.
