This intimate yet modern Japanese robatayaki and izakaya has an open plan kitchen where its chefs grill meats and skewers in view of the diners. With long tables, stools and neon lighting, Chop Chop is a modern version of a classic siu mei restaurant that is known for its signature char siu.
