Hong Kong-based booking portal and publication Compare Retreats announced the winners of its annual Luxury Wellness Travel Awards, honouring the highest level of excellence in the luxury wellness travel sector.

Founded by Hong Kong-based Dervla Louli, Compare Retreats is the first in its field to connect clients with wellness properties directly to help them reach their wellness goals. From Ayurveda at Six Senses Vana in India to hiking award-winning trails at Aro Hā in New Zealand and stem cell rejuvenation at Soneva Soul in the Maldives, the collection features the perfect blend of ancient and cutting-edge retreats in the most beautiful destinations.

Compare Retreats Luxury Wellness Travel Awards recognise properties, brands and individuals who continue to raise the bar in wellness retreats, spa resorts, healthy hotels, medical beauty and sustainable skincare industries worldwide. Nominees are hand-selected by Compare Retreats’ in-house luxury wellness travel experts, who have personally vetted every property, brand and product. 

Over 70,000 votes were counted, and the winners were announced at an exclusive awards ceremony at YUN WELLNESS, Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong on January 27, 2024.

2. Spa Resort of the Year – TIA Wellness Resort, Danang, Vietnam

3. Eco-Wellness Resort of the Year – Fivelements, Bali

5. Urban Wellness Concept of the Year – YUN WELLNESS at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong

6. Medical Aesthetic Clinic and Doctor of the Year – Belo Beauty, Philippines
