Cocktail Experiences Te Quiero Mucho board games brunch

Partnering with Pernord Ricard, Te Quiero Mucho brings bottomless brunches to whole new playing field with its booze and board game brunch. Diners plates and glasses are kept topped up with its range of free-flow items including the al pastor, Baja-style fish and shiitake mushroom taco. Larger nibbles like chilaquiles, pancakes and churros with margaritas, mimosas and beers complete the dining experience. Depending on your mood, choose between games like UNO, Cards Against Humanity and Foosball.

DarkSide

Learn how to whip up cocktails like the pros with the new cocktail masterclass and menu at DarkSide. The masterclass is lead by Arkadiusz Rybak, director of bars, and teaches guests the secrets behind three out of eight available beverages. Students will be provided essential mixology tools and a charcuterie and cheese board to complete the experience. Inspired by Kowloon’s “dark side”, classics like an old martini, Gibson and Cardinale debut on its new menu.

Zuma reinvents the concept of brunch with its Yashoku night brunch hosted on Saturdays. Starting at seven pm, get your friends together for an extravagant evening. Cocktail Experiences Mirage Tropical Fantasy Afternoon Tea

Get ready for summer with the Häagen-Dazs™ cocktail-flavoured ice cream inspired afternoon tea set at Mirage. Reinventing cocktails into delicious desserts are the piña colada ice cream and lime mojito sorbet.
