This summer, the refined British restaurant 181 at Fortnum & Mason, K11 MUSEA serves a seasonal menu highlighting the best British cuisine.
The summertime menu features new dishes such as Burrata, Heirloom Tomatoes, Herb Oil, Music Bread, 30-Day Aged Beef Chuck Angolotti, Smoked Tomato Agresto with Grilled Artichokes and a classic Strawberry Mess.
Dishes can be enjoyed à la carte or as part of 181’s excellent-value set lunch ($388 for three courses) or dinner menu ($588 for three courses).
Caviar with Our Compliments
Alongside the seasonal menu, 181 Fortnum & Mason has launched seasonal treats, which include Caviar with Our Compliments – a complimentary serving of Fortnum’s finest caviar(5g), accompanied by a classic Bellini or a refreshing Peach Condition mocktail, only with dinner.
Let the Good Times Flow
On Thursday and Friday evenings, diners can also opt to Let the Good Times Flow; when dining from the signature trolley menu, they can enjoy two hours of free-flow drinks for just $88. The menu includes Caviar with Fortnum & Mason Prosecco, Beef Wellington with Valpolicella and Crepes with Fortnum & Mason Sauternes.
Highball Happy Hour
Those in the mood for a cocktail can enjoy the Highball Happy Hour, which includes two-for-one on select highball cocktails, mocktails, Fortnum’s wine, and beer during happy hour from 5 pm to 7 pm on weekdays.
