Roganic brings back popular baking classes throughout August

One MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN Green-starred Roganic Hong Kong is bringing back its popular baking classes for the whole of August.

Led by Roganic’s award-winning team of chefs headed by Chef Ashley Salmon, the baking classes will be held three times every week, with one class on Wednesdays and two classes on Sundays.

Each class will feature a hands-on cooking tutorial for the restaurant’s famous soda bread and apple tart, while the beverage team will demonstrate how to make a fermented kombucha drink from scratch. 

Before or after the baking course, guests will enjoy a three-course lunch, and at the end of the day, guests will be able to take their final creations home. 

Sessions are priced at $1,280 per person, including lunch at Roganic, baking class and kombucha demonstration, refreshments and bottled house-made kombucha to take home.
