Laksa is a Southern Asian spicy noodle soup dish typically served with chicken, prawn or fish. Rempah noodles bases its menu and name on its direct translation to spice. This stir fry noodle dish originates from Japan and showcases udon, a type of thick noodles made from wheat flour. Yaki udon is a popular stir fry that is on offer at the Japanese Izakaya, Fukuro. The yakiniku beef udon uses karashi mustard for its main flavour and is topped with sliced beef and bonito. A seafood version comes cooked in crab miso butter and with snow crab.
