Chakra Balancing Massage at Yun Wellness 

Having opened just a few ago at Island-Shangri-La, Yun Wellness is a luxurious, nature-inspired urban oasis which looks set to transform the hotel spa experience. The spa promises to revitalise both body and mind by channelling the soothing power of nature and offering therapies and holistic wellness experiences for guests at every stage of their life.  

Treatments take place in one of 10 luxurious treatment rooms, including two that have been specifically designed for couples and two dedicated to health consultations and physiotherapy.

Womb Wellness Therapy at Hyatt Regency, Sha Tin 

Set in lush green surroundings, Melo Spa at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is a harmonious reflection of the natural beauty and cultural traditions for which Sha Tin is known. 

The spa has recently launched a series of women’s health and wellness treatments. Womb Wellness Therapy ($780 for 45 mintues until the end of July) is a combination of deep sacral, abdominal and womb massage techniques with womb-warming advantages which aims to improve blood and lymphatic circulation, to relieve pain and discomfort during the days of menstruation. 

Meanwhile, the Melo Meridian Massage ($990 until the end of July) uses an ancient Chinese technique with particular focus on stimulating pressure points along the meridian line in the body to enhance energy flow and health. Therapists use a special tool which is tailor-made for tapping the meridian line during the treatment. Following meridian massage there is body massage which helps to relieve stress and muscle tension.
