Hong Kong Academy celebrates its 20th anniversary
From Mid-levels to Sai Kung, the school has gone from strength to strength in the last two decadesIn collaboration with Hong Kong Academy
Hong Kong Academy is celebrating its 20th year of operation.
Two decades ago in August 2000, the all-through international school opened its doors for the first time on Stubbs Road in Mid-levels. Since then, it has checked off many milestones. In May 2012, its first IB Diploma cohort graduated and in 2013, it moved to its current campus in Sai Kung.
Today, the school offers IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes for over 500 students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
As a non-profit school, Hong Kong Academy has grown whilst honouring the founding principles of community engagement, inclusion and diversity, mutual respect and educational excellence. It provides a personal, individualised approach to education to its students.
The school will host a series of anniversary events to take place throughout the year. For more information about HKA, visit its website.
