Zuma Hong Kong will once again be the perfect destination for family celebrations and social occasions with their Father’s Day Brunch. They are adding a sophisticated twist to their iconic weekend brunch to let you show appreciation to the most important man in your life.
The Father’s Day Brunch will be a feast starting with unlimited Japanese delicacies, such as salads, sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, yakitori, and tempura and continues with a choice of mains. Guests have 3 limited-time upgrade options to choose including an incredible 1kg Australian Wagyu T-bone Steak (additional HK$ 1,288), Grilled Taraba Crab with Lime Ponzu Butter (additional HK$ 320) and Iberico Pork with Yuzu Koshu and Truffle Sauce (additional HK$ 180) to pair with the 2.5 hours free-flow champagne.

Morton’s the Steakhouse
Morton’s welcomes all dads this Father’s Day with an all-day a-la-carte menu and a Steak & Seafood special available for lunch. Dads will appreciate a comforting meal of steak and seafood, whilst taking in the stunning view of Victoria Harbour from the Morton’s dining room.
Families can treat dads to starters like a Caesar Salad, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail or comforting Lobster Bisque followed by a tender and juicy 6oz Filet Steak served with either a Lobster Tail Baked, Savory Crab Cake, or Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops. Other popular cuts including 16oz Centre-Cut Prime Ribeye, 10oz Manhattan Cut New York Strip & 22oz Bone-in Ribeye are also available with an upcharge. A choice of a Morton’s signature side dish – Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries adds another incredible flavour profile to the occasion, whilst Sauteed Spinach & Button Mushrooms is a tasty, nourishing option for those seeking something green.
A choice of all-American desserts is sure to show Dad that he is number one. A classic Crème Brûlée, Key Lime Pie or Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake are all available for the man of the house’s special day.

GRAIN
Kennedy Town craft beer bar and restaurant GRAIN has put together an ultimate comforting family roast meal with unlimited starters, sides and desserts to celebrate Father’s Day.
The meal commences with an unlimited supply of delectable starters and salads, including freshly baked ricotta Danish with beer-braised eschalot and thyme; Tarasamalata with whipped cod’s roe, salmon pastrami and crispbread; the popular Breakfast Pinsa pizza topped with San Marzano tomato, bacon, mozzarella and egg; Hummus topped with radishes, smoked paprika served with garlic bread; and Grain Avocado salad.
The set also includes an unlimited supply of side dishes and house-made desserts, including roast cauliflower with lemon, miso and puffed grains; roast potatoes with buttermilk; green leaf salad with garlic crumbs and parmesan; sourdough gravy; mini pecan pies; and custard apple pie with whipped vanilla cream.

District 8
This Father’s Day, enjoy a special menu with a French touch at District 8 bistros. The special menu is available at both locations in ELEMENTS Mall Civil Square and at Greenwich Village in Tseung Kwan O.
The choices of starters include Cornish crab with lime, yogurt and cucumber gazpacho; Yamaguchi chicken terrine served with button mushrooms and brioche on the side; and curry scented cauliflower velouté served with garlic baguette.
For the mains, choose from the roast duck breast served with Jerusalem artichokes, asparagus and blackberry jus; king salmon in chicken broth, and topped with sugar snap peas and almond; porcini risotto with truffled creme fraiche, oregano and topped with aged Parmigiano Reggiano; or the sharing steak, an M5 Bavette steak cooked to perfection, ratte potatoes, lemon, kale and port wine sauce.
Finish with an enticing dessert, with the choice of classic lemon meringue tart with candied lemon or dark chocolate brownie served with vanilla Chantilly cream.

Lung King Heen
Three-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Lung King Heen will be offering dedicated lunch and dinner menus for Father’s Day. They will have a separate selection of dishes for kids and adults to cater to different palates. Some of the signature dishes featured on the menus include Superior Pottage with Shredded Chicken, Crispy Scallop with Fresh Pear, Shrimp Paste and Yunnan Ham.
Guests who come for the dedicated menus will be treated with a complimentary petite fragrance and body lotion gift set by Atelier Cologne.
