Desserts pay homage to Chinese cuisine with an Osmanthus gold jelly, a Chinese New Year macaroon and a white chocolate sesame cheesecake. Savoury dishes include crispy suckling pig on beetroot brioche, an abalone vol-au-vent and a foie gras pearl.

A floral-themed afternoon tea set will have Chinese New Year themed decorations through February 11 to 13. The set showcases light floral flavours with its rose profiterole with raspberry and a blueberry and violet flower cheesecake.
Scones come plain and with goji berries and you can pair with clotted cream, lemon curd or strawberry jam. Balance out the desserts with an egg mayonnaise soft roll, roast beef and cucumber sandwich and ham and gouda croissant.
