Hansel & Gretel’s Sweet Escape

Island Shangri-La presents Hansel & Gretel’s Sweet Escape, a week of family fun and immersive performances, from October 25 to 31. Families are invited to embark on a thrilling adventure where young adventurers must outsmart the Wicked Witch through scavenger hunts, candy-filled games, and creative workshops that unlock the Sweet Treasure Chest. Among the weekend festivities on October 26 and 27 is the Best Dressed Contest on October 27, allowing families to showcase their costumes for $880, which includes admission for two adults and two children, a goodie bag, photos, and snacks. The grand prize is a luxurious one-night stay in the themed Airship Voyage Family Suite, valued at $60,000. Children can also participate in the Scavenger Sweet Hunt Tour for $598, featuring an interactive performance of Hansel and Gretel, where young audiences join the characters on their thrilling escape from the Wicked Witch through drama and music. Zuma’s Late-Night Arcade

Much-loved Japanese Izakaya-inspired restaurant Zuma invites adults to its late-night arcade filled with surprises, featuring a DJ, dancers, and vibrant entertainment. On October 26, general admission is $880 ($780 early bird), including two signature cocktails and unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, beer, and soft drinks from 9.30pm until 1am. Hong Kong Halloween

The Hong Kong Space Museum in Tsim Sha Tsui will host a delightful two-week costume show from October 18 to 31, showcasing enchanting characters such as a mischievous pumpkin, a playful white ghost, a pineapple bun, a mysterious galaxy, and a cunning bat in a mesmerising display of musical lights and shadows every night from 8:15 to 10:30 PM. Visitors are invited to take photos with these whimsical figures and enjoy unexpected surprises from the HKTB’s flash mob performances. Additionally, starting October 11, the “Hong Kong Halloween” light-up tram will be festively decorated for a lively nighttime adventure around the city. On Halloween night, a special party tram parade will feature cute ghosts and monsters, inviting locals and visitors to join in the spirited celebrations along the route.


Ocean Park Halloween Fest 2024: Horrors of the Hidden City 

Horrors of the Hidden City is here to thrill and chill visitors with spine-tingling adventures running until November 3. This year’s festival introduces six brand-new haunted experiences, including the Dreadful Walled City and Prison Escape, alongside ten captivating performances, such as the Korean vampire troupe in Too Hot to K-Oppa. Families can join interactive games and engage in the Everyone Trick-or-Treat while savouring Halloween-themed food and drinks throughout the park. Spine-tingling festivities at Black Sheep 

Black Sheep is gearing up for an exciting lineup of Halloween festivities from October 21 to November 2. The celebrations kick off at Burger Circus with the Halloween Spooky Shake and complimentary shots for those in costume. Butter will offer hauntingly sweet treats, including the Mini Boo Pie and Matcha Monster, from October 25 to 31.
