Dear Coffee and Bakery
A local bakery tucked in the cycling village of Tai Wai has one of the most creative combinations you might come across. Its bakery menu changes weekly and always has a novel bagel or two. The most original we’ve seen? A bagel stuffed with Japanese style fried noodles with seaweed. Some fan favourites include its matcha or pork floss mochi-filled bagels.
